Clock the team using a cell phone with an optional external USB fingerprint reader. Ideal for construction sites or any other work requiring a mobile team. Geofencing with area schedule and real-time clocking for those working out of the office. Optionally add people using the mobile device itself, which will then synchronize to the Jarrison Time software automatically. If your permissions allow, manual clockings are possible from the app. Receive the clockings with geo-locations to your Jarrison Time and Attendance software solution, for real time management.
Job Costing option available, which caters for starting and stopping jobs on your device. Customized job sets, per device, all achieved in Jarrison Time. Manage which teams are on which sites and when, limiting to which jobs can be selected.
The JT Clock solution can run completely offline. If you have no connection or no data etc, the device will store the clockings, with the GPS locations, until the connection and data are restored.
The setup of the various behaviors and features on the devices are only controlled via the Jarrison Time software, providing peace of mind, and preventing unwanted edits by certain people. All edits and changes will be stored in the Audit Trail on Jarrison Time for historical viewing
