I think my strength in conceptualisation and out-of-the box thinking is a great trait I bring to this forward thinking company.
What is your best memory of your first week at Jarrison Systems?
I started in December, so I went straight from getting to know everyone to experiencing my first ever Staff get-together, where I had the privilege of learning that people who work at Jarrison Systems are more than just there for a paycheck, but rather there building something amazing.

How is the culture at Jarrison Systems compared to any other companies?
At Jarrison Systems, everyone is treated like part of the family with a great open-door policy. I have always experienced a welcoming feeling from everyone who works here. This staff-focused approach is a very strong reason why retention is so high here. People just love feeling like they matter.
What is the strangest thing that you like to eat?
Watermelon Sandwich – yes, you heard that right. A fresh slice of watermelon between two slices of fresh white bread on a hot summer day.
Think of a moment that made you feel the proudest
Being able to look after myself and my family has been the proudest moment in my life.
