Template Transfer Errors occur when Jarrison Time is unsuccessful sending an employee profile to a device. If this happens the Status Bar will indicate Transfer Errors. The errors can occur for various reasons, which are listed in the Template Transfer Transfer windo
To reach this window double-click in the Status Bar area that says Transfer Errors, or from the menu bar click Access then Template Transfer Errors.
From this window entries can be re-submitted to the Queue to try again or removed by right-clicking. Multiple selections are possible as well using <Ctrl> or <Shift> keys.
By double-clicking on the employee their Employee Details window can be opened (also third option in above menu), if their details need to be checked or changed.
