This can be a result of the ZK Teco device not having the Standalone SDK installed. If the device has the Pull SDK installed, please refer to ZK Teco support for assistance. If the device has the Standalone SDK installed, try the below troubleshooting steps:
- Check the ZK interface is installed and correct for the JT version
- Ensure that the Visual C++ Redistributables (2005 to 2019) for x64 and x86 are installed
- Re-register .DLLs (Run as Administrator)
