If Planned events are not being emailed from Jarrison Time, try checking the Engine Audit (Access > Engine Audit) for any reasons given for the email not being sent.
Test that the SMTP settings under Setup>System Configuration are correct. If so then send a test email, if this doesn’t work then there may be an issue with SMTP authentication, user account – please check with your IT.
If the test email works from Jarrison, then check if the Planned Event runs by clicking on the Run Now button.
