If Jarrison Time is trying to import from VIP and failing because there is an ODBC error connecting to database, check the path in the error message and confirm it exists with correct permissions for the same Windows account that is trying to connect. If the engine is failing the same account that it is using should be checked.
If this is in order confirm the ODBC is set accordinglyin ODBC32. (Search ODBC32 from Windows Start)
