If users are not able to clock using the USB reader in JT Clock Team please check the following:
1) Is the employee profile on the device?
2) Does the profile have templates associated?
3) Does the user have the correct JT Clock Settings in Jarrison Time to capture templates?


If so then please try these steps on the Android device:
1) Unplug the USB biometric device
2) Close the JT Clock app
3) Open JT Clock
4) Plug the USB biometric device in
5) Allow the biometric device the necessary permissions on the Android device
