Jarrison Time includes lockdown date functionality, which prevents users from adjusting or modifying any data prior to a specified date (set under Action > Lockdown Dates).
This setting is system-wide, and there may be situations where it’s preferable to have some employees on different lockdown dates. This article provides a guide on how to apply lockdown dates individually.
From the Jarrison Time home screen, navigate to Setup > System Configuration > General-1 tab, and select the checkbox for Use Employee Timesheet Lockdown Date, found under the Calculations section positioned at the top-right. Save the changes.
Following this, a lockdown date option will appear on the Profile tab of the Employee Details window. This date can be set as needed, in order to restrict any modifications on the employee’s data prior to this date.
It’s also possible to adjust the lockdown date for multiple employees at once, from the Multiple Actions menu.
Note that an employee lockdown date that is before a system lockdown date will be overridden, the system lockdown date will still apply.
