Consecutive days can now be tracked in the Jarrison Time system, allowing us to keep track of any employees whom have been absent from their duties for an extended period of time without interruption. Below are the steps to be followed in order to include the consecutive days of absence.
1) Navigate to Setup > System Configuration -> Allocations tab, and in the Absence frame check a suitable Time Category has been set for Consecutive Days Absent.
Note: A new counter category can be added from Setup > Counters should there be no suitable category defined yet.
2) Recalculate if needed.
There is no further configuration required, the counter category will accumulate and display the results as expected.
The counter result will be visible from Daily Details (View > Daily Details) on any day of the consecutive streak, showing the number of days absent to that point.
Should the category be required to display in the Daily Summary, the category can be included by adding the column within Setup > System Preferences > Daily Summary tab.
The counter will “wrap-around” non-working days as seen above.
