Jarrison Time is able to import adjustments from external systems using a formatted file, however as a means of streamlining the process there is a dedicated SQL table offered from Jarrison Time. This allows the ability for a third-party system to export adjustment values directly into the table, to then be imported by Jarrison Time.
The SQL table is a fixed format much like the file import format, and this column order will need to be matched by the third-party system when it writes data.
The expected columns can be seen below:

CustKey is the customer site code that can be seen in JT’s status bar.
Key is a unique number value (no duplicate values permitted).
To enable use of the staging table in Jarrison Time, navigate to Setup > System Configuration > General-1 tab, and select the Enable Staging Table for Adjustment Import checkbox.

When ready to manually import, navigate to Import on the menu bar, followed by Adjustments. A Staging Table option will be available for selection.

It’s also possible to automatically import from the table via Planned Events under the Setup menu.
