The above selection of position 10 results in the field as below:
2) Navigate to Setup -> Third-Party, and click on the Add button to create a new item. From the Third-Party Location dropdown, select the Export to API item in the list. The provided URL and Key can be then entered and, once connected successfully, the relevant Default Category ID can be selected.
3) The connection can be tested by clicking on the Test API Connection button. The following prompt must be returned before proceeding.
4) After successful connection, navigate to the Field Mapping tab. Here the custom fields to be exported can be linked from the selection list next with the ATG counterpart.
Standard fields that will be exported in addition include: employee number, name, surname, Do Not Rehire status, ID number, Registration, ATG Default Category ID.
Changes to fields, as well as profile terminations and new additions, will automatically be passed to the ATG system.
