Grouping people is known as Filtering in Jarrison Time. To group employees together their similar aspects will be added to a Filter which can then be used with various functions in the time and attendance software.
1) Click on the toolbar icon with three people and a hand, or select Filters under View.
2) In the Filters window click on the Create button.
3) A new window will appear. From here select the defining criteria of the people you wish to work as by selecting a field(s) and then Items(s).
4) Then add a Name for the filter and click Save. (Alternatively you could click Use, for a once-off use of the filter.)
You can now select the new filter and double-click it, or click Load. Then you may run reports or whatever other actions you’d like to perform for the same group of people. Filters can also be used for Planned Events.
