If clockings are not showing or importing please follow the below steps.
Please check if the Device Engine is running – icon on toolbar.

If it appears blue as above it is not running and there is no communication to devices. Please start the engine by right-clicking the icon and selecting Start Engine Service.

The Windows Task Manager Services tab can also be used to check if the engine service is running, and stop/start as needed.

The Windows Services window can also be used to check if the engine service is running, and stop/start as needed.

Once the engine is started after a few minutes clockings should import automatically.
